SYNOPSIS
A broad area of low pressure near the upper Texascoast will linger near the coast through much of this week, andsome slow development is possible if it meanders offshore.Strong gusty winds and locally higher seas should be expectednear convection. Elsewhere, gentle to locally moderate winds andslight seas are expected through the middle of the upcoming weekas Atlantic high pressure extends inland across the SE U.S.
