Ingredients
- 4-6 cups fresh berries, I like to use a combination of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries
- 6-7 ounces good quality white chocolate, chopped (I useGhiradelliorLindt)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
1. At least 60-90 minutes before serving time, spread the berries on a baking sheet and place in the freezer.
2. While berries are freezing, place cream in a medium size microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes or until cream just begins to bubble around the edges. Remove from microwave and immediately add white chocolate. Cover with a piece of plastic wrap and alllow to sit for several minutes then stir well until all chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth. Set aside, covered until serving time.
3. When ready to serve, divide berries among 4 dessert plates or 4 pretty bowls. Re-heat white chocolate sauce for 40-50 seconds. Drizzle sauce generously over berries. Serve with a mint sprig for garnish.

Okay, you don't know this about me, but... I have an insane white chocolate addiction! As in, I have to keep it out of the house unless I plan on making something, lest I eat it all! This looks so good I could cry. For real.
